Golden Gate School

What a week!!!
i spent all week in Oakland with a large group of professional photographers from all over the states attending Golden Gate School. i participated in Mark Allen class, Mark is a leading photographer and educator and he teach advanced studio lighting and posing. I'm fully charged!

If you are a pro or even an aspiring photographer, dont hesitate and register to next year GGS, the instructors they bring are the best in the industry and the tuition is not high compared to other solutions in the market

Los Altos Hills

I helped a friend of mine this weekend with a Bat-Mitzva in Los Altos for a wonderful family. the event was very special, part because of the very mature girl, Lea, and part due to the amazing location. i don't envy the gardener in this house but what a beautiful location. Jeanne De Polo did a great job as usual and arranged everything beautifully, it's always a pleasure working with Jeanne, i always learn new things.

This is Lea's sister

Lea during her speech

Just a cute and tired little girl :)

Atara was the Rabbi in the ceremony , she is very unique and non conservative

Mirror mirror on the wall...

Who is the most beautiful of them all?
It turns out a neighbor of mine is an amazing artist and a great guy, he makes very artistic mirrors, beds and other stuff from iron. I had a long day on location shotting some of his latest job, but the best is still yet to come. We are working on it and i will post it here in the near future.

Eitan has some more samples in his website.

Lately i have a LOT of product photography work, i actually like it but there is nothing like the rush from a wedding.

Maradonna

It's been quiet this week so i spent some time meeting customers for upcoming weddings and working on some product photography (will post some once its done, don't want to jinks it)

i got commands from the general commander (my wife) to take my son to his soccer training and come back with goos shots, she said it has to be in focus and sharp.

since i know what's good for me, i did just that :)

Even Maradonna needs a break, right?

And a group portrait...

Lucie Stern - Palo Alto

This weekend i assisted Stefanie Herzer with a wedding in Palo Alto, we are both members in PPGBA and one of the best advantages in such a professional group is backup. We all help each other all the time. I can defiantly say i learned a lot from this group and it helped me become a professional photographer.

Amy and Peter is a very special couple, they love nature, preservation and organic food. The ceremony was very special, instead of the normal church ceremony they had special vows (in the church) followed by a water ceremony and then Dixieland band marched everybody to the main building for dinner!
